We are very proud to be using Australian cottons to ensure the hightest form, fit and function. Our underwear is 95% cotton / 5% lycra and our singlets are 100% cotton. However you will find all these details on the individual product pages.
Do I need to wash my undergarments in a wash bag?
Yes, we recommend using a wash bag for the laundering of all garments to ensure you get the best performance.
What if the Tuffys & Tuffetts™ I want aren’t currently available in my size?
In the rare instance that one of our ranges is shown to be temporarily out of stock. We’ll have to ask you to bare with us. It is a top priority for us to keep our store stocked up for our customers at all times.

Yes, you can track your delivery with your parcel tracking number which will be emailed to you once the order is sent.
I want to use the Want It Now 3 Hour Express Delivery but the option does not appear at check-out?
This may happen for two reasons. The Want It Now 3 Hour Express Option will only appear at check-out between 8am - 2pm AEST and it will only appear to the postcodes within the Sydney Metropolitan area.

Can I exchange my Tuffys & Tuffetts™ due to purchasing the incorrect size?
Yes, we will gladly offer an exchange on any stock item/s provided they have not been used. Please contact our Customer Service Team at firstname.lastname@example.org and they will be happy to assist you with an exchange.
Can I exchange my Tuffys & Tuffetts™, if I have already worn them?
No. We do not exchange any stock item/s that has been used due to health regulations.

We are very proud of our products as we take extreme care ensuring they are of the highest standard.
